Ionkor ("Young Press Correspondent") ..... Bakelite / non-focusing lens - Galilean viewfinder
factory : KMZ / Krasnogorsk, USSR .... production: 168,836 units 1959-1962
lens : Periscope 65 mm. (two elements with diaphragm in the middle)
120 rollfilm / 6 x 6 cm or 4.5 x 6 cm. .... speeds: B (bulb) & M (1/60 sec.) .... stops: f.8 or f.11
notes : This camera is missing the removable format mask for the 4.5 x 6 size. There is a small lever under the rewind knob which, when pushed backwards, pops the back open! The lens collapses into the body when rotated, using the plastic molded threads, and the shutter is just behind the aperture plate, which is just behind the lens.
This camera is practically a complete copy of the German camera, 'Pouva Start' (1952) with the Duplar lens .
